Preparation
of Home Information Packs
Griffith Smith Conway will be happy to prepare for you the Home
Information Pack required if you are a Seller of property and
come within the current requirements to provide a Pack. The cost
of preparation will be quoted to you on request.
The advantage
of utilising our Home Information Pack service is that the
Pack can be portable, if you decide to change your
Selling Agent. This may not be the case if a Selling Agent
provides the Pack. It will probably belong to the Selling Agent.

We undertake instructions for acquiring commercial properties

and will handle any associated licensing work. We are well
known for supporting local developer clients, and are experienced
in acquisitions of land and property for re-development, conversion
into flats and other commercial uses.
